Inside the Onsite Experience

Published February 21, 2023

These days it feels like we’re all grasping to find a way to relieve the stress, burnout, depression, and anxiety many of us simply exist with on a daily basis. We know that this way of living is not sustainable, and something has to change; we’re just not sure what or where to find it. We’re looking for external solutions to fix an internal problem.

But the good news: It’s closer than you think.

At Onsite, we believe you already have everything you need inside you to live a life of deep peace, purpose, and belonging—you just have to rediscover it. It is possible to find true breakthrough and healing from the inside out, not just a Band-Aid to cover up external issues.

For decades, we’ve helped tens of thousands of people feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges and go from just surviving to thriving. All our resources and experiences are designed to help people optimize their lives by building meaning and value into the human experience.

Historically, we’ve done this through in-person therapeutic experiences on our campus in the hills of Tennessee. We now offer services at multiple campuses in Tennessee, California and online through digital classes and courses.

We exist to come alongside you in your emotional health journey—wherever you may be—and guide you every step of the way.

About the Onsite Experience

We believe healing is a holistic experience—that’s why we believe in “Healing Hospitality”. From where you sleep, to what you eat, every detail of an Onsite experience is curated to help you heal from the inside out.

“Hospitality creates a safe space for greater depth in our relationships and for vulnerability. And therein lies its healing power. In my role as Chief Operating Officer, I have the privilege of working closely with the amazing people who bring this idea of “healing hospitality” to life every day. The way they’re able to create an experience that supports and nurtures our guests on their healing journey is truly inspiring to me.” — Phil Stone, Onsite COO

Our Hospitality Team strives to create a relaxing and warm environment, focused on the smallest of details. They are committed to making your stay at Onsite a world-class experience.

“From the moment I walked on campus, I felt held. Like all my needs were taken care of. Every detail of the experience was thought out to aid in the process. I’ve never slept so well, laughed so hard, and connected so deeply.” — Onsite Alum

Our Culinary Team is dedicated to curating refreshing and filling moments around the table to accompany the life transformation of our programs

“When I signed up for an Onsite program, I expected traditional camp-style food like sloppy joes and hot dogs. When I got there, I was blown away by the culinary experience. The food was just as good as any five-star restaurant. I have several allergies, and my needs were always met (and exceeded).” — Onsite Alum

We know that creating a safe place to find rest in the midst of a week of emotional work is just as important as the work you’ll do with our world-class clinicians.

“Our goal as a team is to make sure that the experience you have on our property not only matches, but also exceeds the pictures you find online.” —Clint Meadows, Operations Director
